Meet Our Founder
My name is LaToyia Murray, and I am the Founder and CEO of LPMH Services.
I founded LPMH with a simple belief: everyone deserves a safe place to live, the opportunity to rebuild their lives, and the support needed to create a brighter future. My passion is helping individuals overcome barriers, regain confidence, and achieve stability through safe, structured, and supportive housing.
At LPMH, we are committed to providing an environment where residents feel respected, supported, and empowered to reach their personal goals. Our mission is to provide meaningful housing and support that promotes growth, accountability, and long-term success.
I am proud to serve the Indianapolis area and surrounding communities and look forward to helping individuals build stronger foundations for a better tomorrow.
LPMH derived from the founder name which are the initials of LaToyia Patrice Murray Hurst. She then came up with the acronym Lifting People Through Meaning Housing.
LPMH Services was founded from a belief that everyone deserves a safe place to call home and a fair opportunity to rebuild their lives. Too often, individuals struggle to find supportive housing that promotes dignity, accountability, and personal growth.
We recognized a growing need for affordable, structured housing where individuals could focus on stability, recovery, employment, and rebuilding healthy relationships. LPMH was created to bridge that gap by providing a supportive environment where residents can work toward long-term success and independence.
Our goal is to help individuals overcome barriers, regain confidence, and create a foundation for a brighter future. Through meaningful housing, support, and community connections, we strive to empower every resident to reach their full potential.
